MAK Realty is an entity formed as an outgrowth of more than sixty five years of combined real estate experience. Our primary office is located in the Wall Street area of Manhattan.  Our Florida office is located near downtown Fort Lauderdale.  MAK Realty manages a number of Limited Liability Companies, which own real estate in New York and Florida.  A number of our properties have been honored and recognized by community organizations.

Our senior member, who provides advisory assistance, has been legal counsel to real estate investors, as well as, a principal participant in real estate transactions.  He has owned commercial properties including warehouses, shopping centers, and retail buildings.  His primary holdings have included residential properties in the New York Metropolitan Area.

Our managing partner has had extensive experience in management, brokerage, finance and development.  His primary role is the management of existing properties and the development of residential projects, including residential conversions. His roles have included construction manager, as well as, project manager in the redevelopment and conversion of residential buildings in both the New York City and Fort Lauderdale markets.
